What is the List? How does it work?

Personal Seat Licenses (PSL) for M&T Bank Stadium sold out in 2004. The Baltimore Ravens have established The List as the official waiting list to purchase PSLs from the team. The cost to join the List is $50, and it is capped at 3000 members. In addition to the initial $50, an annual $25 maintenance fee is required to keep your spot in line in the List. This invoiced to the waiting list member each October. The initial payment and year maintenance fees are non-refundable, but these payments are applied to the cost of the PSL at the date of eventual purchase. PSL seating purchase options will be made to members of The List based on PSL owners who fail to renew their season tickets during the previous season. Waiting List members are allowed to purchase up to 6 PSLs when their number is called. Just like PSLs, waiting list numbers can resold and transferred. The transfer fee is $25.

It can take some time for your waiting list number to get called. Below are the spots moved up The List during the given three year peroid.

  • 2006 : 95 spots
  • 2007 : 160 spots
  • 2008 : 113 spots

At last check, the waiting list sat around 2400 participants so it could potentially take up to 20 years before seats would come available.

The List is a great option for those fans who want to purchase Personal Seat Licenses for face value, but don’t mind waiting years for their opportunity to come up. Interested fans can join the list via Ticketmaster or by sending in a completed application to join the List.

When can PSL seats be transferred?

The transfer period runs from January 1 through May 15 and from September 1 to October 15. The Ravens could choose to extend this deadline, but this would be at their discretion. Personal Seat Licenses (PSL) cannot be transferred more than once in a given year.

Where can I get a copy of the PSL license transfer form?

Seatacular helps facilitate the easy transfer between buyer and seller. If you are looking to handle this process on your own, the transfer form can be downloaded here.

How much is the Ravens PSL Transfer Fee?

The cost of transfer is $50 per seat and payment can be made in the form of check/money order (made payable to the Baltimore Ravens) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Are Parking Passes for M&T Bank Stadium available with the PSL?

The Baltimore Ravens don’t allow the transfer of parking passes. Any passes held by the seller would revert back to the Ravens ownership.

What is the history behind M&T Bank Stadium?

M&T Bank stadium broke ground in 1996 and first hosted the newly relocated and renamed Cleveland Browns team in 1998. The stadium has a seating capacity of 71,008.
